2011 CAMCo brand Coldwall, Vertical Bell, Combination High-Vacuum, Inert or Reducing Atmosphere Furnace System

Serial number: 470-08-11

Dimensions: 77’ W, 40” D & 88” H – when open 120” H

Includes full set of manuals.

3 Phase - 240/480 VAC - 120/60 Amps

One molybdenum heating element is Mo sleeve spliced and the furnace heats uniformly.

For “as new” furnace operation, molybdenum heat shields and elements should be replaced.

The molybdenum in the hot-zone is degraded due to previous bonding material reactions.

Heat up ramp rate 75°C per minute - empty chamber.

All molybdenum Hot Zone & elements. All insulators are made of High Alumina.

Element style 1/8" molybdenum wire.
