-This is an Online Auction ONLY.
-WE DO NOT SHIP! You must arrange for a courier to pick up and ship items you may win if you choose to proceed & require shipping. You must schedule any courier services during these UsedTwo hours: Mondays and Tuesdays proceeding the auction from 9am-2pm Eastern Time. You must contact us at team@usedtwo.com with the details of your shipping arrangements(courier service, date and time).
-The buyer's premium is %15 with MD Sales Tax of 6%.
-The credit card used to register on Hibid will be charged immediately following the close of the sale. **Please note that UsedTwo does not retain your credit information. It is secured by Hibid only. **
We do not have access to change any of your Hibid Account settings including your payment options, payment preferences and credit card information. This is secured by Hibid only and will require you to update your settings in your Hibid Account.
-If the payment does not go through the buyer is expected to pay at pick up. We accept cards, cash, and checks. AN ADDITIONAL 3% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE CHARGED WHEN PAYING WITH A CARD AT PICKUP
.-Sales and Use Tax ID Number must be submitted BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. THE TAX ID NUMBER CANNOT BE APPLIED AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.

-Auction Pickup is from 10am-6pm Thursday after the sale. If you absolutely are unable to pickup your items on Thursday, just email us for a rescheduled pickup at team@usedtwo.com. On Monday after sale if items are failed to be picked up and we have not heard from you for rescheduling, your items may be forfeited. UsedTwo is not responsible for items that are not picked up withing designated pickup window.
-If you are unavailable to pickup and want to store items, storage fees may apply.
-Please be sure to bring the proper help and vehicles to load your items.
-If you are a business with a Tax Exemption Certificate, please email your certificate to team@usedtwo.com or call (301) 683-5677 BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID. IT CANNOT BE APPLIED ONCE THE AUCTION CLOSES.
