CAMCo J-12-18x24 Combination Vacuum Furnace

This vacuum furnace was used by Oregon State University and no longer needed.

One molybdenum heating element is Mo sleeve spliced and the furnace heats uniformly. For “as new” furnace operation, molybdenum heat shields and elements should be replaced. The molybdenum in the hot-zone is degraded due to previous bonding material reactions.
