Auctioneer is not responsible for the performance of online bidding platform. If a bid is not received by the auction house, the bid cannot be executed. The Auctioneer is not responsible if a bid is not executed due to technical or human error. 9. Merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days of the conclusion of the auction. Shipping charges will be added onto the final purchase price of each item. Charges will be decided based on priority mail flat rate pricing. This auction features deer and elk head mounts from his personal collection of hunts ranging from Matador, Eagle Pass, New Mexico, Childress, and Mexico. It also has a very large supply of fishing baits from Strike King as well as Zoom, Roboworm, Gene Larew, Picasso, Salmo, and Keitech. PLEASE NOTE: We have attempted to segregate any of the partial packages of lures/baits into separate lots but we cannot guarantee the count on the number of baits per bag. Some of these may have been opened previously and could possibly have some bait missing from the original packaging. We have used the original packing description in our efforts for counts on what appears to be full packages. The soft baits appear to be soft, moist, oily and in good usable condition.
