Serial #572-1522 Hours 5,106 Caterpillar C27 12 cylinder diesel engine 1050 HP Tier 4 auto reversing fan, 13’ X 56” chain driven tub, 31" x 64" hammer mill system with 20" diameter rotor with 28 replaceable teeth, 40" Wide x 31' Long folding discharge conveyor (17’ stacking height), 12" X 48" Morbark Model 400 knuckle boom loader with 36" tarantula grapple, 360 degree turn motor and stationary operator's cab, 86,520 operating weight, 11 HP air compressor. Operational. Removed from service 9/2021. The video was taken at that time. We never removed the brake caging bolts while we used it because it was used at the same location and moved with a loader and dolly. 5/2023 the shop replaced the batteries, 1 air bag that failed due to rusty fittings. Replaced missing shock. Blew out air lines for brakes and air bag systems, aired up tires, replaced all bearing and races, converted back to oil hubs instead of grease. Cleaned large amounts of dirt and debris from brake shoes, greased and adjusted the brakes and made sure all the lights worked.
