All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Auction Terms - 10% for CASH or certified funds, 13% BP for credit cards. Winning bidders will have $500 deposit will been charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction.
