PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home; therefore, we have limited availability to the property so pick up/removal is on the scheduled day only with no exceptions. We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times. Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items. DO NOT Call and ask for a special individualized pick-up date and time as we cannot accommodate this. If you are bidding, you are aware of the pick-up date and time and it is not our responsibility to send reminders. We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed. No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick up/auction site. We are not responsible for items they forget or leave behind. If purchasing furniture, you will need to bring help as employees do not provide lifting and moving assistance. Please do not park in the driveways of other addresses.
