The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor bid takes precedence. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF LOTS PURCHASED ONCE THE HAMMER FALLS AND OWNERSHIP HAS CHANGED. Any items not picked up will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund. We are not responsible for damage to any items, or lost items left past the scheduled pickup time. All items sold in this Online Only Auction are PICK-UP ONLY by the buyer(s). All buyer(s) are solely responsible for removing the items they purchase. A 15% buyer's premium is added to all winning bids. 7% Indiana Sales Tax on all wining bids. Payment by CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, INDIANA CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS are the only forms of payment accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer. Checks are accepted for payment, but at the discretion of the Auctioneer. Vaughn Auctions, LLC has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold; however, neither the Seller nor the Auctioneer guarantee to authenticity or condition for any lot. All lots are sold "as is" and should be examined prior to bidding. The Auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the auction block at the time of sale. All sales are final. Auction Closing Times and Technical Difficulties Our online auction closings are set with a delay between lot closings. This is to help you with bidding on multiple items in the same auction. Our auctions are NOT set to close all lots at one time. In the event of any website malfunctions, or technical difficulties, the bidding for the entire auction will be reopened, and set to a later closing time. This does not include difficulties with buyer's internet or bidding equipment. In the event of any technical difficulties, you as the buyer hold Vaughn Auctions harmless for any damages or cost incurred.
