Payment Instructions: Payment; Buyer agrees to pay in full within the time announced or as posted. If not specifically posted, payment must be made within three (3) days of the auction. If Buyer fails to pay in full when due, Buyer shall further be liable to the Auctioneer for interest at a rate of 18% on all sums unpaid as well as all Auctioneer’s collection costs, including but not limited to, attorneys fees and court costs, incurred in connection with Buyer’s breach or nonpayment. If Buyer pays by wire transfer, an additional $25.00 fee will be assessed. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions. If Buyer pays by credit card an additional 2% will be assessed. Any check returned for insufficient funds shall incur a service fee of $50.00, as well as result in the breach of these terms

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. For local shipper referrals please contact the auction company. Items must be removed from the auction site within 14 days following the auction.
Preview Date & Times: Lot is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Sat-Sun 9am-3pm. Start taking consignments July 10th
Checkout Date & Times: Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading.

Five rings will run simultaneously. Three rings will be online with onsite bidding and 2 rings selling onsite only. PLEASE REGISTER TO BID ON ALL THREE RINGS
All online lots will be placed in ring 1 and will be divided into separate rings Friday, July 28th. There may be some items initially placed online that will be moved to the offline, onsite only rings. After the rings are separated out on Friday, July 28th into sale order and you can’t find the item in one of the three rings, it has moved to either ring 4 or 5 and will be sold onsite only. PLEASE REGISTER TO BID ON ALL THREE RINGS. Prebids close at 8am July 29th and the onsite, online sale portion begins at 9am July 29th Pictures updated periodically.
