Our auctions are are different than most others in that we are selling brand new, first quality items that come with full warranty from the manufacturer. There are no suprises with defects or other issues you may find with used auction items! We source items from several different distributors and manufacturers and each auction may contain items from several different sellers. Because of this, items may ship separately or at different times. Please don't be surprised if your items ship in separate boxes or from different carriers, this happens in the case of different sellers selling in the same auction. Also, please understand that our sellers provide us a listing of items they would like us to sell. This can sometimes mean that certain items may go out of stock. If this happens, we will do our best to source the item for you as quickly as possible. Buyer's premium for this auction is 20%, which includes all fees except for shipping. All items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacturer's warranty. All of the items can be shipped, unless the item is not legal in your home state. All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. The Bidder is responsible for having his/her FFL of choice send a valid FFL to us at bismanbids@gmail.com. We must receive a valid FFL for shipping within 5 days of the auction closing date or you may be subject to a storage fee of $10 per day. If, for any reason, you fail to pay for or cancel your bid or complete your purchase, a relisting fee of either 20% or $200 per item, whichever is greater, will apply. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree not to dispute any disclosed charges to your credit card. If you do dispute a charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge per dispute to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. Due to the continued supply chain issues across the US, we cannot guarantee product availability once the auction has closed. For ammunition, we may substitute comparable ammo of another brand in the case of a product shortage. For other availability issues, we will attempt to source the item for you. If the item cannot be sourced, we will refund your money to you and let you know. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. We do not ship outside of the US. If you are an international bidder and are successful in winning an item, it must be shipped to a US address where you can work with an importer to receive your items. If you fail to provide a US address, a relisting fee of $200 per item will be applied. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. All items become your property the moment we recognize your winning bid. Items can be shipped at the Buyers expense. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the carrier. Items shipped to California, Alaska or Hawaii or oversized items may be subject to additional fees for shipping. Please contact us at BisManBids@gmail.com with any questions or issues. Payment is due immediately after auction close and will be charged to your credit card on file. If your credit card is declined for any reason, we may charge a $10 fee per declined attempt. If your card continues to decline, we will charge our relisting fee of $200 per item. Any fees collected will be applied to card decline fees and relisting fees first. If you dispute these charges, you will be charged a $200 dispute fee to your card on file. If you do not agree to these terms, do not bid with us. We no longer have an option for picking items up locally. All items will be shipped according to our listed terms and conditions. All Information listed on auction items is based on information from the manufacturer. It is NOT GUARANTEED. All auction items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with any and all faults or defects. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition of all purchases. Bidders are responsible for conducting due diligence as we are not responsible for errors in cataloging, photographing or listing auction items. Pictures are provided for the buyers convenience only, they do not imply condition. We have the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.
