Our staff does NOT move carry or load items for you. You must provide any packing material or boxes needed for transport of items. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS ***Buyers who fail to pick up their purchases by the auction pickup date charged $5 per item on smaller items and $25 per item on larger items for removal. Bidder inspection is encouraged and preview times are available. In the event you are shipping, you will pay on the auction pickup date(s). You will receive an invoice for shipping within 1 week of your payment and items will be shipped within 1 week following payment of your shipping invoice (usually very soon after you pay your shipping invoice). Shipping in non-negotiable. Declining to pay for shipping, constitutes abandoning of your items. There are no returns, so item purchase prices are non-refundable, even if you fail to pay for shipping. Once we send you a shipping invoice, you have 72 hours to make payment for the shipping. We do charge for handling based on item size. There is a minimum $5 handling fee for each item. We can combine shipping on items where it makes sense to do so. We will NOT send any shipping invoices until items are paid for. We are not in the business of packaging items for non-paying bidders and having to unpack them to resell them at future times and we must transport all items requiring shipping to another location to package them, so we will only transport items that have been paid for. We do our best to package items, and our packaging agent has shipped over 50,000 items for their eBay store over the past 15 years. However, in the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged in transit, packages are not our responsibility once they leave the auction house. We prefer local pickup, but as inducement to us to allow shipping, you guarantee to not hold us liable for items damaged or lost in transit and waive any right to file a credit card chargeback once valid tracking has been received.
