Condition when removed from service - Started & ran

 

Current condition - Working

 

Fuel - Diesel

 

Transmission - Automatic / Standard / Hydrostatic

 

Drive-train - 4WD

 

Notable body damage - As shown

 

Repairs:

 

2019 - Rebuild starter & fuel injector pump

 

2020 - Rebuilt radiator, Front axle housing was machined and rebushinged, replaced left-hand bottom king pin and left-hand top & bottom king bushings, replaced left-hand outer ball joint

 

2021 - New differential lock cable, speed sensor wire, brake hose, undercarriage bracket repair

 

2021 - New hydraulic pump complete and a new drive coupler

 

2022 - Complete service

 

-Change Engine oil and filter.

 

-Replace fuel filter.

 

-Replace hydraulic and transmission filters.

 

-Drain transmission oil and replace.

 

-Replaced outer air filter.

 

-Drain coolant, disconnect heater hoses and blow air through heater hoses to make sure there was no blockage

in the heater core.

 

-Remove alternator and found the one mounting strap was broken.

 

-There were no new straps anywhere in Canada, so had to make one up.

 

-Remove thermostat housing and found the thermostat was stuck wide open.

 

-Replace thermostat and gasket.

 

-Replace the coolant.

 

-Drain rear differential oil.

 

-Remove rear console half and remove floor mat and floor insulation.

 

-Remove both floor plates.

 

-Gear shifter was loose on shift shaft and woodruff key was missing.

 

-Install a new key and tightened the shifter up so it wasn’t floating anymore.

 

-Refill rear differential with new oil.

 

-Bleed both brakes.

 

-With torch heated up park brake cable end so I could remove pin and adjust cable.

 

-Take outside and test run unit and check for any leaks.

 

-Recheck all levels.

 

-Inspect front axle oil it was ok.

 

2022 - Replace engine mount bolts, replace shaft in hydraulic pump

 

2023 - Repair hydraulic pump & replace bottom 2 bolts for harp

 

2023 - Rebuild alternator

 

Exterior - Scratches, dents, dings & rust are present

 

Exterior - Corporate decals have been (or) will be removed - Impressions may remain
