Any changes in details of the auction made prior to day of sale take precedence over any previous term. Bidder bears full responsibility for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos and statements made or offered by sellers or auction staff is deemed correct but is not guaranteed. By bidding on the item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. Upon registering all bidders are required to give full name, address, phone number and email address. A valid credit card is required to register. Your credit card will be verified, a $1 verification ping will be done to make sure the card is active. The pending $1 charge will fall off in a few days. If you are claiming tax exempt please put the ID number in the notes at registration. Bidder and guests assume all risks with removal day(s). Bidder and guests shall be deemed to be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and the conduct of the third third parties and the Bidder shall advise his agents and employees Bidder and guests agree to indemnity Caplans Auction of any and all liability regardless of negligence. Once the auction is complete and the Bidder has won the bid, the Bidder is responsible for merchandise and for full and complete payment. Non-payment or fradualent bidding will be subject to legal recourse. Should the Bidder not pay for merchandise, the Bidder shall be responsible for any remaining balance, any collection costs, attorney fees, employee costs and maximum allowable interest and service charges. Buyer will have one week to remove item(s). If they do not do so within one week it is at the discretion of the auction house to allow more time to pick up or regain possesion of the item(s).

Welcome to Caplan's Auction Co. This is an online exclusive estate auction. There is NO live bidding component for this auction. There is no in person preview offered for this auction. Bidding opens at 7:00pm on Wednesday June 28th. Bidding begins to close at 7:00pm on Wednesday July 5th. Lots will end every 30 seconds in numerical order unless bidding persists. With each additional bid one minute will be added. Payment is due at check out using the credit card provided at registration. If you wish to pay another way you MUST put that in the notes at registration. Dealer Notice: If you are tax exempt please put that in the notes at registration to avoid being charged.
