As per Alabama sales tax code all purchases will be taxed at 10% for this sale. If you have a tax exemption certificate please bring a copy so that we will have it on file. If you do not have a current exemption certificate on file you will be charged tax.
We have a 13% buyer’s premium reduced to 10% if paying by cash or check.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
Please remember that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
Due to liability issues we DO NOT LOAD, please bring helpers if you need them.

NEW time: Auction starts at 11 AM CST, we will be available for preview starting at 9 am. We have a large estate up for auction this week. We will have the contents of a wood working shop to include power tools and hand tools; all the wood you need to finish your projects. Unique large Lance jar; Dressers; tables and chairs; nice 3-piece wall unit. It is still early in the week – so much more to unpack, we will update pictures later in the week!
