Online auction starts closing Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 1pm (Eastern).  The first 2 items in catalog order will close at 11am, then 2 items per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Monday, June 26, 2023. 10:00am-1:00pm

Removal: By appointment on Thursday, June 29, 2023 10:00am-4:00pm. There will be a second removal day for lot 6386 (the Artificial Grass) only on Friday, June 30, 2023 10:00am-4:00pm (if the buyer of lot 6386 wins any additional lots, they may pick them up on Friday as well). Removal appointment invitations will be sent via email after auction payments are processed. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.
