Auction Pick Up: FRIDAY July 7, 2023 2PM to 7PM: ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 7 PM.  Please plan accordingly.

When bidding on furniture, please be prepared to remove & load your items.  We will do our best to assist you.

Turn Key does not personally ship your items.  We will coordinate shipping with Premier Postal Plus (724-294-2444 YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL THEM). They are a 3rd party shipper. Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING PRIOR TO FRIDAY JULY 7,2023, @ 7:00 PM, by email turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com.

After 7 PM on 7/7/23 all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited.

SHIPPING TIMELINE: Contact Turn Key by EMAIL (turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com) BEFORE 7/7/23 @ 7 PM to request shipping.  Turn Key will then deliver your Items to the shipper within 24 hours of the pickup date (FRIDAY 7/7/23)

Once your items are processed by Premier Postal Plus, they will call you to pay for shipping.  Your items will then be shipped.  Please be patient.  Premier Postal processes 100’s of items to be shipped each week.  This process may take up to a week to 10 days.  Turn Key cannot give shipping quotes.

***Premier Postal is NOT a PICK-UP location or a holding facility.  If you choose to have your items delivered for shipping, your items MUST be shipped by Premier Postal. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 charge.
