It was used to clean the water we used to inject into our power generating fuel to reduce NOX emissions. It was replaced by a new higher capacity unit designed to support multiple generating units. 4) CodeLine E8L series membrane filter housings, Model Low Pressure Brackish Reverse Osmosis Pressure Vessels. Approximate 8"diameter x 12' long, Max operating pressure 400 psi, Operating Temperature range 20 to 120 degrees F. (1) TonkaFlo 8500 high pressure centrifugal pump, model SS8527E, driven by a Marathon Electric 40hp motor, (1) Process Automation Engineering Control panel with (1) Mettler-Toledo Thornton 200CR controller. Dual set point resistivity meter with two flow meters. (1) Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Mounted on a carbon steel frame with miscellaneous piping and valves. The 12 brackish water membranes (3 per tube) have been removed but the connecting tubes are included with the system. The hardcopy system manual is included with the unit. One of the 1" PVC pipes was broken during transport (see picture) and can easily & inexpensively repaired. Also included with this unit is the separate City Water Booster Pump as pictured. Simultaneously, (As a separate auction) we are also selling an IonPure Water Purification System on GovDeals which was used in conjunction with this unit.
