(Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)
THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX PER ITEM (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)

Indemnification:
Buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Do-Bid/Oberfoell Online Auctions, its directors, officers, employees, agents and the seller against any damage or loss which Buyer, Do-Bid/Oberfoell Online Auctions or third-parties may suffer or incur with respect to loss, damage or injury arising from the removal of an item.

SHIPPING:
DO-BID.COM WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OF SOME ITEMS TO ANY OF OUR DO-BID.COM LOCATIONS OR AFFILIATE LOCATIONS AND ALSO THE SHIPPIN’ SHACK. FEES FOR THIS SERVICE ARE POSTED ON EACH ITEM IF THAT ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY DO-BID.COM. A DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS (25% DISCOUNT ON OVER 5 ITEMS, 50% DISCOUNT ON OVER 10 ITEMS). TRANSPORTATION OF ITEMS WILL BE ON EVERY OTHER WEEK. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO ANY DO-BID LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:00 P.M. Sunday, June 25, 2023. The close will be staggered (3 Lots every 1 minutes). In addition, there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.
