When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas. Anyone including employee's of Attic Treasures may bid on any of the auctions if in good standing with HiBid.
Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.

Auction ends Tuesday, June 20th beginning at 6:30 p.m. CST. Pick up will be Thursday, June 22nd 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. at the Auction House which is located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX.
If you require shipping, it will be up to you to call the Auction House on Wednesday, June 21st to arrange shipping.
