Bidders are approved for online bidding based on the information provided during registration. The auction company reserves the right to approve or deny any bidders.
All items are sold "As-Is", and the auction company or staff is not responsible for any inaccuracies. It is the bidder's responsibility to preview and inspect items prior to bidding.
There is an 18% buyer's premium added to all winning bids, payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost.
All sales are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax, unless a valid Tax Exemption Form is on file with the auction company before the sale. Please email any Tax Exemption Forms to asauctionco@gmail.com.
All items must be paid for in full the day after the auction. Failure to pay may result in voided invoices and a ban from future auctions. Payments will be processed through HiBid unless specified otherwise.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason.
All items must be picked up during the specified pickup time or shipped through a third-party shipping company. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the item(s), and the buyer will still be charged the full amount.
Please be aware that shipping costs may be higher than the cost of the item(s) purchased. It is the responsibility of each bidder to request a shipping quote prior to bidding and be satisfied with the shipping expense.
