Terms For Real Estate A copy of the full terms and conditions of sale will be attached in this listing at least 1 week before the sale. A summary review of these terms and conditions are as follows, # 1 Property is sold AS IS with no financing, inspection, zoning or any other type of contingency. # 2 Purchaser must be available to sign the terms and conditions the evening of the auction and give a check or wire in the amount of $35,000.00 . The terms can be signed in person or emailed and signed electronically. # 3 Buyer will pay all the PA State & Local Transfer tax as well as the closing costs. Real Estate taxes will be prorated. # 4 When registering to bid online, PA Auction Center requires a valid credit card on. Once credit card information had been provided PA Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge up to $5000.00 to the card if you are the high bidder. This amount minus a 3% processing fee will be considered a nonrefundable deposit towards the purchase price. If the credit card on file is declined, then a partial amount will be charged to the card and considered a deposit on the purchase. # 5 Property will be sold subject to seller confirmation. Terms for Personal Property All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No buyers premium or sales tax for the personal property. Invoices need to be paid in full on auction day. Credit card on file will be charged for all online bidders at the conclusion of the auction. Online bidders will need to pickup all their purchases within a week of the auction.
