However, reSettled Life is not always in control of the pickup location. On rare occasion, an item may be missing on pickup day. Reserve Auction- Our seller has placed a reserve on these items. At the close of the auction, if reserve has been met, the item will be awarded to the winning bidder via automatic invoice and payment information will be discussed. If a reserve bid is not met by the end of the online auction the Auctioneer may contact any or all bidders to continue the bidding process until the highest bid is achieved, in hopes of reaching the item reserve. In a reserve auction, if the reserve is not met during the timed portion, the auction is not complete until the Auctioneer accepts the final bid. The final bid will not always come from the “winning” bidder at the end of the timed reserve auction if that bidder has not met reserve and is outbid by another bidder via bids received by the Auctioneer.
