It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 17% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction. Customer must supply their own packing supplies, tools, equipment and/or moving labor during their assigned pick up time. Customer retains responsibility for a safe and unobtrusive removal of items. During the pick up of items, the Customer is responsible for any damages to item(s) or property. -SHIPPING If you require shipping, please respond to the invoice email within 24 hours to request your items be shipped.
