Travel trailers have been moved on multiple occasions and may have been utilized for temporary housing.

In-person inspection is recommended.

A minimum of one (1) trailer is completely missing a rooftop air conditioning unit. A minimum of one (1) trailer shows evidence of some sort of leakage.

A minimum of one (1) trailer has bent stairs.

A minimum of one (1) trailer is missing a door handle assembly.

Bidders and/or Contractors viewing or removing Travel Trailers must provide proof of insurance with a minimum of $250,000.00 general liability coverage.

Property is located on limestone or pavement.

Rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive trucks with tow ball required for removal.

Winning bidder must provide liaison to be available by phone or e-mail during entire removal process.
