The Dust Shuttle III Auction is an online only auction with real-time bidding. All bidding will be conducted online; merchandise pickup will take place at the Dust Shuttle in Media, PA.
In order to bid in this auction, you must register on either the Bid At Briggs online bidding platform or Live Auctioneers. You may not register in person.
Mobile bidding is available with the Briggs Auction app.
Lots will open for pre-auction/absentee bidding on June 2 on both platforms. Real-time online bidding will begin at 10AM on Friday, June 16 on both platforms.
The Buyer’s Premium of 23% (Bid At Briggs) / 28% (Live Auctioneers) will be added to each successful bid.
PA State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to each sale, including the buyer’s premium, unless exempted by law.
Your credit card will be charged after the auction ends and a receipt emailed to you.
All merchandise must be paid in full within two weeks of the auction date.
All pickups require a paid receipt. We are unable to accept payment at the pickup.
All items must be removed/have delivery or shipping arranged within 30 days of the auction. After 30 days a $5 per day storage fee accrues.
All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to request additional condition details and/or photos to help you with your bidding decisions and to bid according to your own expertise.
All items are offered at absolute auction, with no reserves or minimums, unless otherwise specified.
