The card information is kept confidential and no charges for items won will be made to these cards. Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by Lost River Auction Service in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due Lost River Auction Service and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Orange County, Indiana. 9. Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Lost River Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. In the event of these issues happening during the actual closing of the auction, all previous bids on lots affected in the auction can be cancelled. Neither the company providing the software, nor Lost River Auction Service, shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
