NOTICE: International buyers must provide a current, valid passport for identification purposes and a $10,000.00 deposit. The deposit must be made in US funds 5 days prior to auction. Exporters: If you take possession of your purchase in the United States, you must pay sales tax. You must provide the following within 10 days of the auction for a refund of sales tax. Either a bill of lading from the trucking company that removed the items or a dock receipt from the port. GATE - Georgia Agricultural Tax Exemption: If you don't have your NEW GATE Card with you so we can make a copy, you MUST pay sales tax regardless of your residence! NO EXCEPTIONS! Titles: A processing fee will be charged for all title work; titles will be processed and mailed to buyer after auction. Note to auto dealers: You must bring a copy of your dealer's license. All items MUST BE removed by Wednesday following the auction. Any items left after the removal date will be considered abandoned and will be sold ABSOLUTE at public auction to cover storage cost.
