Although for the past 27 years the majority of items have been sold including over 100’s of tractors, the seller reserves the right to no-sell item at a charge of $100 per item collected before item will be registered. When registering an item to sell, the Seller represents that he/she is legal owner with no liens whatsoever. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc., Staff and Denton Farm Park assume no liability whatsoever for theft or damage to participants or property. Seller authorizes Auctioneer to sell item to the highest bidder regardless of price unless $100 reserve fee has been paid. **There will be a minimum $10 fee charged per seller if total commission is less than $10. We will not write checks less than $10. Checks will be written with a sales settlement form showing what each item sold for and mailed by the week of July 16th. Please do not call before then. We appreciate your participation! In 2022 we sold for over 100 sellers with two auctioneers selling simultaneously. If coming to buy be prepared for the same this year as everyone’s time is valuable and this helps speed up the auction! Bring a friend! **Separate Gate fee to the Farm Park will be charged to get into auction area.
