Pickup is Sunday, June 4, 11am until 5pm EST at 19 Waterman Avenue, Unit 20, Toronto Ontario M4B 1Y2.
Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off.
Your verified credit card is not automatically charged for your purchase. Payment is in person on Sunday, June 4 via credit card, debit card or cash.
Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com can be sent by midnight Saturday, June 3 but not in person.
There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST on all purchases.
Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up on the scheduled pickup day. Shipping is not available.
Ontario buyers from outside of the GTHA may arrange an alternate pickup day with prior approval of the auctioneer and with payment received via Etransfer by midnight Saturday, June 3.
