Neither the company providing the software nor CAG shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. 9: Winning bidders will be required to sign a purchase and sale agreement with in 24 hours of the completion of the auction. 10: The seller shall pay the seller's side of the closing fee and document prep fee. The buyer shall pay the buyers side of the closing fee and document prep fee. The seller shall pay no closing cost for the buyer, including any lender fee's unless otherwise agreed to in the contract for sale of Real Estate.
