Day 3 (Live Auction Ring): 10% on each item |3% Additonal for Online Bidding, Lots 3000-4999
Day 3 (Online Only Ring): 15% Buyer's Premium w/NO additional Internet Fees, Lots 5000-5999
Load-Out: Loading Ramp available and Load-Out Crew is available to assist with load-out. Load-Out available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, all items purchased must be removed by September 25th.
Full Settlement is due on the day of the auction or the following business day:
Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check/Money Order, Personal/ Business Check with bank letter of guarantee-accepted payments. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (3% Fee Applies to Credit Card Purchases). Sales Tax Applied when applicable. **Winning bids are not pending on Financing, have money in hand to purchase items. Do not rely on financing you will be legally responsible for paying for your winning lots even if you can not get financing.**

There will not be two live rings on Saturday, September 14th we will now be selling all 5000-5999 lots (misc items, building supplies, industrial items - normally sold in the 2nd Ring) in an Online Only Auction Saturday, September 14th. Bidding will Open on Wed. 9/11 and start closing on Saturday, September 14th at 10am CST. There will be no live bidding on Ring 2 only - online bidding.
