This auction contains many fantastic items of the Burt Estate. PRE-VIEW will be Saturday 5/13 from 9-11 am All bidding will take place online, However the items will need picked up on site in Cumberland MD. Pick up will be on Monday May 15th from 9-12. You MUST bring your own help and supplies needed to retrieve your winning lots. If you are unable to pick up on this date and time, please contact Tom at 304-813-4588 prior to bidding to see if other arrangements can be agreed upon. At the conclusion of the auction, all cards on file will be billed. Please be sure you gave a valid card on file with funds available. All items are sold where is. They will not be brought back to the auction house for pick up. Any item not picked up will be forfeited.
