(5) Portable Classroom Buildings
The Toronto Catholic District School Board has five (5) portable classrooms surplus to its needs and offered for sale listed individually on GovDeals.com.
These portable classrooms are wood-constructed and built in 1988 or 1989 by NRB Inc., are of the same design and sold in an "as is" condition.
The exterior dimension is 24' x 32’, and all have had extensive preventative maintenance and were renovated within the last ten years and are currently in use at schools.
The electrical panel has a 100-amp breaker panel, and the heating/ventilation is provided by a rebuilt Temspec unit heater/ventilator.
Lighting is T8 fluorescent lighting.
