It is the sole responsibility of the customer/bidder to contact Auction 18, LLC in regards to shipping arrangements. All items will tentatively ship the week following the auction ending. Please allow a MINIMUM of 10-12 business days for shipments to be prepared for drop off.
A 15% buyers premium will be added to the highest bid/total purchase price. Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction. No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file.

**HIBID AUCTIONS FEATURE AN AUTO BID EXTEND/SOFT CLOSING**
AUCTION END TIMES: Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
SERVER, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL OR INTERNET ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Auction 18 LLC. reserves the right to extend, continue, or close all bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR AUCTION 18 LLC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. We gather aggregate information from this web site, which may include but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence.
DEFAULT:
Any items/purchases that are not settled by the specified pick up day will be considered in default. Upon default, the bidder will be black listed/blocked from bidding on Auction 18 LLC's auctions. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Auction 18 LLC.
Buyer/Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Auction 18 LLC., its Agents, and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgements, costs, fees, etc.
15% Buyers Premium and 7% sales tax will be charged to all winning bids. Vehicles, if any, included in an auction will have a 5% Buyer's Premium.
Auction 18 LLC. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payments on any items won. All credit/debit cards will be processed the morning after the closing of the auction. Any items not picked up by the 7th day after the auction closing, will become sole property of Auction 18 LLC. No leniency to this regard.
