It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 17% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us PRIOR to the closing date of the auction.
