The Estate Firearms & Accessories Auction is an online only auction. All bidding will be conducted online; merchandise pickup will take place at the Briggs Auction Showroom in Garnet Valley.
In order to bid in this auction, you must register on the Bid At Briggs online bidding platform directly and may not register in person.
Mobile bidding is available with the Briggs Auction app.
Lots will close at a rate of 3 lots/minute at the designated auction start time, with 2-minute extension for last-second bids.
The Buyer’s Premium of 18% will be added to each successful bid.
PA State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to each sale, including the buyer’s premium, unless exempted by law.
Your credit card will be billed after the auction ends and a receipt emailed to you.
All merchandise must be paid in full within one week of the auction date.
All pickups require a paid receipt. We are unable to accept payment at the pickup. See Auction Details and Terms for additional pickup information.
All items must be removed/have delivery or shipping arranged per the auction terms.
All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to request additional condition details and/or photos to help you with your bidding decisions and to bid according to your own expertise.
All items are offered at absolute auction, with no reserves or minimums, unless otherwise specified.

ESTATE FIREARMS & ACCESSORIES AUCTION ONLINE AUCTION WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26 LOTS CLOSE BEGINNING AT 11AM
Selling a selection of Estate firearms, long guns, handguns, etc.; knives and other edged weaponry; ammunition, and more from selected Delaware Valley Estates.
Bidding is Open.
Lots Close: Wednesday, April 26, beginning at 11AM. Cascade close of 3 lots/minute.
Buyer's Premium: 18%
Payment: All successful bidders' credit cards will be charged following the auction, and a receipt emailed to you.
MERCHANDISE PICKUP: FOR ALL MODERN FIREARMS REQUIRING REGISTRATION: Transfers will be handled by Targetmaster for FFL holders and PA and DE residents. Firearms purchased by residents of other states are subject to the regulations of that state, and bidders will be responsible for all fees pertaining to shipping and transfer. If, for any reason, you feel you could not pass the background check, we urge you to reconsider bidding on any modern firearm. Please be aware of any new/changed firearms regulations in your state before you bid. NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR FAILURE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK OR FOR STATE RESTRICTIONS. Firearms must be registered in the same name as it appears on the bidder's invoice. Transfer Fee: $40 per firearm. Paperwork fee, and all packing, shipping, and insurance costs are payable to Targetmaster. Pickup Location: Targetmaster, 255 Wilmington-West Chester Pike, Chadds Ford, PA 19317. Pickup Dates: Thursday and Friday, April 27 and April 28: NOON - 7PM All Firearms at Targetmaster must be picked up by May 5.
