If you do make a mistake, typo, or put your bidder number in the bid area, please contact us immediately by email or the online form. After the auction has close no changes or reversing bid will be done. Auction Closing: After the auction closes you will receive an email invoice only if you had the winning bid. Please check your email the day of pick up for any additional instructions. Please check your spam and delete files as sometimes emails can be sent to these folders. Payment, Pick Up: Invoice plus 14% Buyer's Premium on Total Invoices less than $2,000 will be charged to the card on file at the time that the auction closes. Accepted form of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. For Invoices Over $2,000 Only - Notify Auctioneer By 9AM the day after the acution of payment method below: 1) Invoice plus 14% to be charged to the card on file. Accepted form of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. 2) Invoice $2,001 plus 10% for Wire Transfer or Physical Check or 14% if paid via credit card. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL Prior to pick up. Your online invoice will also have details with date, time, and location for payment and pick up. Items will only be available at the given location and during the given time frame. Please bring a copy of the emailed invoice you receive. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won. Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full. How the Auction closes: Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 3 lots per minute. If an item receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending the item will be extended 2 additional minutes. Please remember to hit the refresh button to know the time remaining on any items and current price; you can also hit the review bids button to view the bids you have made. Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction, starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent. IMPORTANT! The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. Please Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, please be sure that you want and get the item(s) on which you bid because ALL bids are final.
