No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL and PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION END, which is Friday, May 5, 2023 by 6pm, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have not made payment by the 5th day after the auction closes, you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice which will include the 14% Buyers Premium and forfeit your items unless arrangements have been made in writing. DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: If you have not made payment, your credit card is declined, or we have not received acceptable verification in order to process payment your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made. BID INCREMENTS Bidding increment are $1.00. STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE Staggered Close: each lot ends 60 seconds after the previous lot (all lots do not end at the same time). Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids. MAX BID AMOUNT If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21. It will take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction. RESERVE There are no Reserves on this Auction.
