1.) 10% Buyer's Premium.
2.) 15% deposit at conclusion of sale, balance due within 30 days.
3.) Purchaser required to sign a uniform sales and purchase contract at the conclusion of the sale.
4.) 2023 Taxes Pro-Rated.
5.) Property selling by recent survey.
6.) Buyer responsible for the closing costs, as well as their own title search.
7.) Seller to convey the property by General Warranty Deed.
8.) Possession is with deed at closing.

12.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
