Shipping: Dovetail Auctions offers in-house shipping on most items. If we are able to ship your items, you will be provided with a shipping quote. If we are unable to ship your items, we will gladly provide you with a list of local shippers who can help. Won items will be available for pick up by appointment or shipping from our Downingtown PA auction facility immediately after the sale. All items must be picked up, or shipping arranged, within ten business days of the auction to avoid storage fees or resale of items. Dovetail Auctions will not be liable for damage or loss to items shipped. We will also recommend all items be fully insured. Terms & Conditions: All items are sold in as is condition. A 25% buyers premium will be applied to the purchase price of all items. All purchases are subject to applicable, 6% PA sales tax unless a Certificate of Resale tax form is fully and completely filled out and received prior to time of purchase. Items must be picked up, or shipping arranged within 5 days of the sale. We try to provide a brief condition report in each item description but do not guarantee the condition of any item. You are welcome to call or email if you would like more specific details on condition. There are no warranties or guarantees. All auction items are available for you to view by appointment prior to bidding. If you bid, it will be assumed that you have previewed the items to your satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to preview the item at all. We want you to have all the information you need to confidently bid and do not recommend bidding if you do not feel certain. All sales are final. Payment is expected immediately. Pick up or shipping is expected to be arranged within 5 business days of the sale. If your item is not picked up within 30 calendar days, you authorize us to re-sell on your behalf. The costs of storage, any cost incurred directly related to the item, and an auctioneers commission of 30%, will be deducted from the proceeds unless other arrangements have been made with Dovetail Auctions. The auctioneer will determine the starting bids and reserves the right to withdraw a lot if necessary. Payment must be made by cash, check, or credit card. Unknown, first time buyers who write a check must wait for their check to clear before receipt of items purchased. We reserve the right to require a cashiers check for large purchases, international and first time buyers. Payment is expected at the time of purchase and are required within five business days of the auction. Bidding on any item in the auction acts as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the sale. Shipping: Dovetail Auctions offers in-house shipping on most items. If we are able to ship your items, you will be provided with a shipping quote. If we are unable to ship your items, we will gladly provide you with a list of local shippers who can help. Won items will be available for pick up by appointment or shipping from our Downingtown PA auction facility immediately after the sale. All items must be picked up, or shipping arranged, within ten business days of the auction to avoid storage fees or resale of items. Dovetail Auctions will not be liable for damage or loss to items shipped. We will also recommend all items be fully insured. Terms & Conditions: All items are sold in as is condition. A 25% buyers premium will be applied to the purchase price of all items. All purchases are subject to applicable, 6% PA sales tax unless a Certificate of Resale tax form is fully and completely filled out and received prior to time of purchase. Items must be picked up, or shipping arranged within 5 days of the sale. We try to provide a brief condition report in each item description but do not guarantee the condition of any item. All auction items are available for you to view by appointment prior to bidding. If you bid, it will be assumed that you have previewed the items to your satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to preview the item at all.
