1. Online bidding starts Monday April 10th and Ends Friday April 21st, 2023 beginning at 6:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process every minute. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute.
2. Items can be previewed on location at Clearview Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601 on Monday April 17th from 10:00AM to 2:00 PM or with prior arrangements with the auctioneer. Signs will be posted.
3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at Clearview Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601 on Saturday April 22nd, 2023 from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM. Signs will be posted
4. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids
5. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction. Payment is due at the time of pick up on Saterday April 22nd 2023.. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only
6. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express
7. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO PICK UP DURING PICK UP TIMES AND DAY PRIOR TO BIDDING
8. The home has been sold and all items must be removed on Saturday April 22nd 2023. Items not picked up on this date may be forfeited. There is no leeway for alternative pickup dates or time.
9. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD ANY ITEMS AFTER THESE PICK UP TIMES.
10. Any items left after this time are forfeited and your credit card may be charged
11. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND WRAPPING MATERIALS.
12. We have limited ability to help load heavier items so please ensure you bring help with these item.
13. Shipping is offered only for SMALL ITEMS. Please call and checkj with Neville prior to bidding to check shipping availability.
14. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
15. HIT Auctions LLC reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.

The Seller, or any of the Seller's agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer's agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property. This indemnity and hold harmless agreement is to extend to Seller HIT Auctions LLC to the fullest extent permitted by law.
