During the course of the internet auction; the internet goes down, quits working, the auction will end immediately and all remaining lots will be sold at a later date. Example; lot number 120 has just sold and the internet goes down, that lot 120 and all previous will remain sold. Lots # 121 thru completion of sale will be sold at a later date. At that time in accordance with law, we can charge a storage fee, Items not paid for and not picked up on scheduled dates will be re-sold at the next auction. Nonpaying buyer will be charged for any money difference between the non-pay buyer and price received on resale.
