The vessel will need to be removed from its current berth at Windjammer Wharf on or before a deadline of May, 12, 2023, and once removed by the deadline, Auctioneer will release the $10,000 hold on the purchasers credit card. In the event the vessel is not removed by the deadline, buyer will forfeit their $10,000 deposit to Seller, unless Purchaser can provide the Seller with a valid agreement from Windjammer Wharf authorizing the Purchaser to remain on Wharf.
