Buyers not known to the Sale Management must have a bank letter of guarantee to pay by check. Credit cards will also be accepted with a 3% convenience fee added to the total. 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine total sales price. 6% KY Sales Tax will apply unless proper Dealer tax number & exemption forms are provided. Settlement to consignors will be mailed within 14 business days. Announcements made on Sale Day take precedence over advertising. Consignment items may be delivered to Haley Auction Center on Thursday, May 4th & Friday, May 5th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We will be accepting early consignments by appointment only. PLEASE NOTE: No consignments will be accepted Saturday morning, May 6th. No household items or junk consignments accepted. There will be a $25 additional fee for all titled vehicles.
