TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTENTS:   Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all below: By bidding you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions.  No exceptions.  This is an absolute auction.  ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, as pictured, with no guarantees. Please review photos and contact us with questions.  DESCRIPTIONS ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY AND NOT GUARANTEED. Clocks and other mechanical items were not tested for working condition.  Accessories and parts were not checked for completeness. Majority of the dolls are Franklin Heirloom. Some original boxes are available although not matched up.  Some Catering and Kitchen items are in original boxes but not guaranteed to be unused. Buyers can pick boxes when picking up (not shipped). We catalog to the best of our knowledge as time allows - descriptions are for guidance only! Please ask questions before you bid if you are unsure of something.  NO RETURNS.  All items are to be paid for with credit card. No exceptions.

Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on Proxibid.com for approval.

Payment:  The credit card that you have on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately following closing of auction so please make sure funds are available immediately.  A fee of $25 may apply if credit cards are declined. Packing and Shipping will be a separate transaction.

PICK UP INFORMATION: By Appointment only Friday, April 21 and Saturday April 22, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm each day. A link for appointment sign-ups will be in an email following the conclusion of the auction. Pick up located at 494 Harrison Ave, Schwenksville PA 19473.

LIMITED SHIPPING: No shipping of large, odd sized, hazardous content, or full (liquid) items. No glassware shipping.  PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING!

In-house shipping is available for items determined to be shippable by the auction company. Fees include $10 per box packaging fee plus insurance and shipping charges. We will automatically assume that shipping is needed for anyone out of the state of PA or beyond 2 hour drive, unless arrangements are made. An alternate third-party shipper (UPS Store, Gilbertsville PA or other) will be utilized for oversized items at the discretion of the auction company. The auction company has no control over their fees for packing and shipping. A handling fee may be charged by the auction company to buyer for transport of the item(s) to the third-party shipper. Should the buyer’s credit card decline for packing and shipping (third-party or in-house), the Item(s) will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to auction company and/or seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the auction company and/or seller may resell item(s) and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal.

SPECIAL TERMS: For pick-up appointments you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items.  Bring help to load your items! Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material.  Auction crew is not available to assist on removal/loading - bring help.

Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time. NO Exceptions.  All items must be paid for in full before removal.  No pets at removal location. 

If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership.  Title only passes when payment clears.  In addition, payment must be made to third party shipper within one week of shipper contact, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds. The auction is being conducted online based in Berks County Pennsylvania. 

Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf.  Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.  No Reserve Auction.
