INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Auction Terms & Conditions There is a 18% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.18 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval. REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. Removal hours: You will recieve an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs. If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. These items are subject to Federal Regulations and must be picked up from JJ Pawn in Sedro Woolley, WA. You are subject to background check and a $25.00 transfer fee (plus taxes) on each serial number. We do not take possession of these items, and you will need to take your paid invoice to JJ Pawn and fill out the proper paperwork, which may include a waiting period. If you are out of state, you can contact JJ Pawn and arrange shipping from your JJ Pawn to an FFL Dealer in your state. These arrangements are made by JJ Pawn as a FFL Dealer in the local area. In other words, if you bid 1.00 and it has a X5 multiplier, your bid is $1.00 x 5, making your bid $5.00 for the lot. Items with reserves: A few items have reserve prices. You will see RESERVE NOT MET in Red in the auction listing. Even if it says you are the HIGH BIDDER or WINNING this item, you are not winning that item if the reserve has not been met. Please either continue to raise your bid or opt out of bidding the items to their reserve prices. The Estates, Insurance companies and consignors have set those reserve prices, not Washington Estate Liquidation.
