welcome to yoders auction, we have been consigned to auction the contents of the criegs home at 565 picketts corner rd saranac/dannemora- thursday august 15th, 10am, preview at 8am to start, plan the day to come, this will be a epic large auction, lots of tools-house full of good furniture, antiques, and collectibles, home and holiday decor., lawn tractor, small trailers, boxes and boxes of usearched items

              note, this will be a huge auction, plan the day- we will have large tent and some seating, bring a chair and boxes if you can, we have a great food stand set up

                             auction will start at 10am rain or shine

   bring family and friends--something for everyone, dealers-yard salers-collectors

         terms of sale;

all sales are final, we accept cash or good checks, sorry no credit or credit cards, pay day of sale before you leave, 10% buyers premium and sales tax may apply at check out, you must take your items when you leave, we are not responsible for items after they are sold, please be careful, entering grounds at your own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents
