Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com can be accepted the day before the pickup date, but not in person. There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases. Lot measurements are in inches unless otherwise specified. Furniture measurements are width X depth X height. Artwork and mirrors are height X width. All items are sold as-is/where-is. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers accept that items may have undisclosed flaws or damage.
