John Deere Z225 EZ Track zero turn mower showing approx. 436 hours. Mower features a 42" deck and 18.5HP engine. Back right tire slowly leaks air but mower did start right up with a jump. The mower deck does rattle at first when blades are engaged but it seems to operate as it should. A pretty nice overall mower just in time for Spring.

8' heavy duty wooden table in nice condition.

Metal two door storage cabinet. Doors close but do not currently lock. Item measures approx. 6.5' in height.
