ENDING DATE & TIME: This auction will begin closing at 6:00 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The auction features a soft close. If a bid is placed in the final two minutes of closing, that lot closing time will extend an additional two minutes until no other bids are placed on that lot. The closing rate is 2 to 3 lots per minute.
PICK-UP TERMS: By Appointment only. An email and text will be sent to you following the closing of the auction through our shipping app (Shipping Saint). You will be able to sign up for a pick-up appointment or chose shipping (if applicable). You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Auction crew is not available to assist in removal and loading - Bring help to load your items! Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. Vehicles are released only after funds are cleared. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time. NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location.

PICK-UP LOCATION: Pick up will be in Spring Mount PA with a GPS address of Perkiomenville PA. The address will be given with pick-up appointment schedule. If you are located within 2 hours of Perkiomenville PA, we will assume you will require shipping. See descriptions to be aware of what we are willing to ship.
SHIPPING: No shipping on large, odd sized, hazardous content, or full (liquid) items. No glassware shipping. Some items are specifically listed as no shipping – this is not a conclusive list - PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING! If item is shippable according to auction co, in-house shipping is available for $10 per box packaging fee plus insurance and shipping charges. We will automatically assume that shipping is needed for anyone out of the state of PA or beyond 2-hour drive, unless other arrangements are made. An alternate third-party shipper (UPS Store, Gilbertsville PA or other) may be utilized for oversized items at the discretion of the auction company. The auction company has no control over their fees for packing and shipping. A handling fee may be charged by the auction company to buyer for transport of the item(s) to the third-party shipper. Should the buyer’s credit card decline for packing and shipping (third-party or in-house), the Item(s) will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to auction company and/or seller with NO REFUND to BUYER.

1.This is an absolute auction with no reserves.
2.All items are sold as-is, as pictured, with no guarantees. Please review photos and contact us with questions. We catalog to the best of our knowledge as time allows. Descriptions are for guidance only and not guaranteed. Clocks and other mechanical items were not tested for working condition. Accessories and parts were not checked for completeness. Please ask questions before you bid if you are unsure of something.
3.No returns or refunds.
4.Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
5.Registering with an account is first required. There will be a soft charge/void to confirm your credit card. This is not a fee and is immediately voided. Please contact your financial institution if you have any questions regarding this process.
6.All bids placed are final.
7.Bid increments are subject to change at any time at the Auction Company’s discretion.
8.The credit card on file will be charged immediately after the close of the auction for invoices under $2,000. Anything over $2,000 can only be made by cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer. Buyer pays all wire transfer fees.
9.18% Buyer’s Premium on all winning bids. Sales tax (if applicable) is charged on hammer price plus buyer’s premium total.
10. Buyer agrees to not initiate a chargeback for their purchases under any circumstances. If you initiate a chargeback for any reason, the auction house reserves the right to ban you from future auctions.
11.In the event of a technological failure, Kimberly K Auction, LLC holds no liability. The Bidder acknowledges that internet auction bidding is a service to the Bidder and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Kimberly K Auction, LLC or any company or individual affiliated if the internet service or technology related fails to work correctly before or during the auction event. Kimberly K Auction. LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
